Wonderful

Lovely big apartment with sea view, 10 min walk into centre. Good facilities & clean.

Kitchen was cramped, 1 person at a time but we still managed to cook a lovely Christmas dinner.

It’s all about the location for this price - it can’t be be beaten!

It’s all about the location with these apartments, your paying for the incredible spot in Lagos right on the beach. We love Iberlagos and will be coming back time and time again because it’s super affordable and the staff are lovely. The interiors need a bit of TLC but that doesn’t bother us or effect our stay because it’s such good value for money and we spend most of our time outside in the gorgeous surrounding areas!

Unbelievable location & views. We will be back!

This location is THE BEST in lagos everything is walking distance & the most beautiful beach on your doorstep it blew us away. Amazing view over the beach - the location is what sold us.

The apartment is VERY basic but this is why it’s so cheap and the huge pool, amazing staff and location surpass expectations so you don’t mind. You get what you pay for with the accommodation but you get WAY more than what you paid for with the location!

Amazing waterfront views from the apartment for a very nice price. The apartment has everything you need to cook your own meals. 5 minute walk to the beach if you don’t want to use the pool.

Very basic non personal service! This is just a money making venture with no customer care!

The location

It wasn’t clean a mug had mould in it! Picture below! A match was needed to Light the cooker but they were not supplied! Which is fine but we should have been told then we’d be prepared for our first morning after arriving late at night!

Large apartment but needs basic maintenance

The apartment was much bigger than expected and had a large terrace. Good location by the beach and a few minutes walk into town, a bit longer to walk back as its a steep hill. There's a couple of restaurants across the carpark by the campsite that were very good if you don’t fancy a walk into town.

Although the apartment was dated this was reflected in the price. However, some basic maintenance and spending a few pounds would make a huge difference to the quality of the apartment. For example, most of the light bulbs were blown and there was only one left working in each room, the towel rails were hanging off, as were a couple of sockets, the door lock was worn out and didn't work properly, the TV remote was missing, the corkscrew was broken. These are such simple things to fix, a handyman could do it all in half a day. The fridge and hob also need replacing, but even these wouldn't cost a lot. The fridge had a broken ice box and crisper, and the hob gas couldn’t be controlled and only worked on high. Had to fry eggs holding the pan 6 inches above the flame. I would have given this a much better rating if only everything worked as I didn’t really mind the retro 90s fittings and decor.

Very Good Beach vacation

Location to everything was excellent. The easiest way is to walk. Downtown Old Lagos has great selection of restaurants and quite a few stores which are open to at least midnight or later.

Beds were not very comfortable. The furniture & apartment were very outdated. Not enough toilet paper. No blinds in the bedroom No fan in the bathroom

The location is very good, in front of a beautiful beach and close to the center. The staff is nice and the place is clean.

The apartment is quite old, with ugly marks of time, and the bed was very noisy. No wifi was available at the apartment, only at the reception.

Beachside 3 star resort with stunning pool (you get what you pay for)

The pool is amazing with a stunning view over Praia do Dona Ana. The location is perfect, beachfront but only 15 minutes walk from town. The reception staff were fantastic and helped us with check in (showed us to our rooms) and check out (let us leave our bags at reception and use the pool for the day after check out). The rooms have stunning balconies with water views. The two bedroom apartment had two bathrooms which was great.

The rooms are very dated, as advertised. No air conditioning, or wifi (we kept the doors and windows open so not a huge issue). However, you don’t stay in Lagos to use the room, so the accommodation is sufficient and spacious. If you complain about the fixtures and amenities you weren’t out exploring enough! Also would not recommend the pool restaurant as the food is not very good, and takes a long time. Appears to employ student workforce. Room only replenished with toilet paper and a teatowel throughout our 4 day stay. Enough to get through.

We loved Lagos and our rooms. I wish we could have stayed longer.

We traveled with family and had three sea view rooms. We loved the ocean views from our rooms. Each room was very different. Large kitchens and nice bathrooms. The ocean was right below us. The check in person was helpful. Free parking was great. We gave a deposit for a router as we couldn’t get WiFi in our room and it worked well. The location is fantastic! Close to everywhere and easy to walk. There is a full market not too far away. We found a great coffee shop and restaurants in town. You can buy coffee right next to the fire station too. It is right across the street from the hotel.

Don’t bring food or drink anywhere near the pool or lawn area outside the pool fence! We had a major issue with the guy who runs the snack bar by the pool. I walked by with an unopened soda to go to the beach and he started screaming at me because I didn’t buy it from him. He was very loud and obnoxious. My sister tried to explain that I didn’t know he owned the property surrounding the outside area of the pool, (the lawn area and the pool area). But, he continued yelling. My husband got into it with him and he just screamed louder. They should tell you when you check in NOT to bring food or drink downstairs! My brother reported him to the front desk and they said they have had a lot of complaints. Hopefully they will do something about this. The same guy also charges for chairs at the pool.

Everything met expectations. Really enjoyed our stay. Would stay there again.

Pool is huge and warm. The beach is gorgeous. Great view from the lovely spacious apartment and from the pool. Basic menu available at both the pool bar and beach bar. Short walk into town, a spar and to the start of the board walk to the Ponte de Piede.

worth the money and family friendly

pool, location that it is beachfront and a few minute walk to the center and food market

our room's aircondition was not working, luckily the room is facing the sea so the breeze was okay. Airconditioned could have made us extra comfortable specially on a very warm summer day.
